I can make some sense of getting rid of the "de minimus" exemption. But it makes zero sense to do that without anything in place to process the billions of packages that would need to be checked every year. That just seems like malice.

I had watched her chat yesterday. It is interesting to watch how the 'Deminimus exemption has been used, but now today with the appeals court ruling that most of Trump's tariffs aren't legal we have a market overall that is in chaos. Their deadline of Oct 14 to allow Trump to appeal to SCOTUS means we have 6 weeks of more turmoil.
John Roberts better get a new pair of dancing shoes.
