The NY appeals court also ruled tonight that Garland could release Smith's final report. They held Cannon's stay for 3 days so that means the earliest it could be released is Sunday night. The report that applies to the MAL case would not be released because it has been handed over to the US Attorney's office and the charges against Trump's co defendants will still be prosecuted.
