Well, maybe it's not the Chinese. They did bust 2 guys having something to do with drones. But these drones are probably quite expensive, so whoever is doing it or multiple people, has some bucks. Elon, come on. You would think the Gov. would be all over it, since a runway had to be shut down and they are flying over military bases.
Another conspiracy theory that I am surprised the Right hasn't made up, is that it is the radical far left that is doing something in time for Inaguaration Day or Jan 6th.

People are very bad at estimated size, speed, and distance of things flying through the air. Even people trained with that skill can make mistakes.

A lot of the "drone" sightings are almost certainly commercial aircraft, satellite flares, and astronomical objects.

At least some of these drones are pretty large and could easily have substantial range and might weigh several tons. Not something you want to drop on a school or somebody's house. And yes, for the most part these drones seem to be flying over densely populated areas where we'd need to take that into account.

If you dig around there was a similar bit of activity around the naval base in San Diego and some other facilities in 2021 and 2022. It looked like it was an attempt to probe air defense systems. If this is another attempt to probe air defense the very last thing we'd want to do is turn those on and shoot one of them down.

With an administration that allowed a Chinese balloon to traverse the entire US west to east and over some military facilities, does anyone really believe that same administration is going to take down a drone from a supposedly unknown source? If so I have some very nice ocean front property in AZ for sale.
Someone knows something, just a matter of who is hiding what.

Also wonder about the reports of the drones only being a hundred feet AGL, either people reporting height have no concept of actual height or mighty few rednecks with shotguns in the area. 100 feet = 33.3 yards, well within the range of a even a crappy shotgun with either a modified or full choke shooting # 1 or even # 4 buckshot

I think it is China too. I watched a special last night on Newsmax. The Gov. cannot just poo poo people on this. Some folks said if one of these SUV sized drones fell out of the sky it could hurt or kill someone. Maybe the powers that be don't want to put us in a panic.
And of course, one has to be careful if they shoot one down, as to where it would land.
Well, what would happen if China were so brazen to attack? They could be testing the waters.
What about aliens?

I think the most likely explanation is that it is China. Which is very bad because the only reason to play it this way is because they intend to attack us very soon. If you throw in Salt Typhoon going on at nearly the same time it looks pretty ominous to me.

Whoever it is, the smart thing to do would be to figure out who it is and attack them first.

They are waiting until Trump gets in so when there is an attack, he can impose martial law. There, nice and tidy.

The two big possibilities I can see is either China or a US Red Team. Although I suspect the former. If this is coming from someone who doesn't like us very much it might be the opening moves in a 9/11 or Pearl Harbor style attack.

Some of these drones have been spotted where US Military Aircraft exercise. So I'm wondering if there are any lurking around here.

Until we capture one or shoot one down we probably won't have a clue about who is doing this.

I mean come on. The government can't figure it out? I keep saying it is Elon. Who else could do that? Or yeah, as the video says Iran has a mother ship off the coast and is sending these drones in.

There seems to be something very strange and very disturbing going on.

There have been unidentified drones over a lot of places in recent days, most notably on the East Coast. But nobody seems to know who is doing this and why.

This is just too weird to draw any conclusions about just yet.
