I do hope that some provision will be made for the special ed kids. Back to the states but some states cannot fund the whole thing.
I think to eliminate the Dept. it has to go through Congress. Just as the DOGE will need to go through Congress. New departments need approval.

Yeah and a wrestling mogul for the Dept. of Education which will become something else. Another from Wallstreet. Thought the Maga crowd wanted to get rid fo teh elites. They are getting some of the wealthiest people in America. Like Elon and Vivik want to go over the Administrative state and as Elon said, people will experience some temporary hardship and austerity. Right, but not Elon himself.
