The couch story is fake. And there is plenty wrong with JD Vance without the couch story.

I think you can have lots of fun with Vance's proposal to give votes to children where the parents would apply the votes. The practical questions and the implications are hilarious:

1. So apparently since you have two parents each parent get half a vote?
2. So if I am a sperm donor or egg donor with potentially hundreds of offspring do I really get that many votes?
3. If I am an illegal alien and have a child born in the United States I now get a vote? Under the 14th amendment that child is a citizen.
4. Who gets the votes of kids in foster care?
5. Who gets the votes of kids in juvie?

I missed the couch story. Enlighten me?
