All Trump cares about is how much money he can make. When are people going to wake up?

Re: libertarian/oligarchy/crypto Story
People who know nothing about economics are attracted to crypto because they like the idea of money without central banks, or for that matter banks of any kind.
People who know nothing about computer science are attracted to crypto because the idea of a 100 percent secure distributed ledger sounds cool.
Bitcoin can handle between 3.5 and 7 transactions per second globally. VISA can handle 65000 transactions per second and averages between 1800 and 8500 transactions per second. Nearly all other cryptocurrencies will have lower transaction rates.

.
I agree, David.
Just before the election last fall I had a ‘conversation’ with a 30-ish guy who was adamant that crypto was going to….”free us all…money won’t be a gubmint monopoly anymore!”
Yeah…he was a trump-tard, too, of course…..no surprise.

Cryptocurrencies are a grift. The only real-world applications for it are fraud and money laundering.
The risks of a crypto collapse have metastatized into our financial system. When the grift collapses it will likely take the world economy with it.
