Im starting to understand - better - the play here. An example; Washington DC is a City mostly funded by Federal funds….this by law. I assume homeowners there do, in fact, pay property taxes…but I’ve no idea about what this contributes to the running of the City…since there is no ‘State’, like the rest of us live in.

Pretty easy, then, for FELON donnie to withhold the typical Federal funding for DC.

THEN, that use-less azz hat can send in the NG troops to pick-up trash, spread mulch around trees and cut grass - ALL things the NG are reported to be doing…right now! Why? Because the $$ cuts meant that the employees in DC who used to do that work are gone. Who did that work? Employees of the National Park Service did indeed take care of most of the green, park and common spaces in DC. Their numbers were reduced from 200+ to around 20…all the landscapers, mechanics, etc.

This allows FELON dementia-donnie to survey the ‘damage’…then send in the NG and claim…’SEE - the City is broken and I alone can fix this…aren’t I grand!’ And, of course, those ‘federalized’ NG troops are on hand to do what whatever else the fatso pee-pants Adderal persnident has in mind.

I expect this EXACT scenario will play out on a larger scale ….on our public lands; hurricane response, fire-fighting and other emergency responses. Then, highway/bridge maintenance, health care, etc, etc….

It will, unfortunately, be pretty appealing to the ignorant, beady-eyed, slacked-jawed, mouth-breathing, biscuit-eating, trump-tard, cuzzin-fukkers, here.

What we are seeing today — first in Republican-led Red States and now in the Federal Government writ large — is undeniable evidence that the large and influential “MAGA” segment of the voting population (which, incidentally, makes up only about 15% of the total adult population of the country) no longer qualifies as a functioning democratic populace: it neither understands nor believes in the concept of democracy.
