I don't think that the implications being made that Treasury data is going to be "loaded into outside servers to employ artificial intelligence on it" make any sense at all or are even feasible. In any event, doing all that and getting any useful information from it would take months and possibly years to accomplish, if it were even possible.
You'd also want to hoover up data going back years, and most probably decades, to get useful information. That wouldn't be simple either.
