Oh how sweet it is that we are back to male and female sexes, in regards to the getting rid of the affirmative action sounds like it is back to hiring the most qualified for the position regardless of the color of their skin.
Personally I don't give a rats azz if the pilot of a plane I'm on is white , black yellow, brown or purple with pink pokadots just so long as they are,qualified to fly the dam plane. Which is the way it should be for every job, but that means using common sense which was laid to rest long ago
