Debate Lies about Jan. 6th

Hey all, why are we posting this? To try to convince Ken about Jan. 6th or to have a rational discussion about the lies and what happened on Jan. 6th?
I wanted to point out this lying. I did. We know there are people that read this board that don't respond at all and that is fine. It is good to educate people about the lies that are told. I saw what happened with my own eyes on Jan. 6th. It was a mob. Unpratriotic, dispresctful and what would they have done to Pence and Pelosi. Would their hyped up emotions gotten the best of them?

Indeed, there were 19 people killed that summer in the 'PROTESTS'. Protests being the key word since the protests were not insurrectionists attempting to overthrow an election. The civil rights of George Floyd were violated, the courts agreed in their verdicts against the officers.

Our rights to have a free election were violated by the insurrectionists as they attempted to change the course of our history. Big difference.

Many have been released with barely a slap on the wrist and there has been no where near the effort to track everyone involved down and hold them fully accountable. It very much is a similar to J6 except you support one group and detest with every fiber of your being the other group. That’s the frustrating hypocrisy you betray.

Ken, just because you 'haven't read' anything about prosecutions of the people damaging govt bldgs and property in various states doesn't mean the prosecutions haven't happened. In fact, because I get the FBI newsletters every Friday, I can tell you that yes, those people have been rounded up and prosecuted. You can let go of that talking point now.

The violence of the J6 insurrectionists can't be equated with anything we've seen at the state level.

If you guys called for the same kind of prosecution and rabid determination to track down everyone involved in those “mostly peaceful “ riots and actions and apply every law and violation they committed you would at least have my respect for being consistent in your standards. Those people were bailed out of jail by our VP Kamala and mostly let go by our system! So the obvious, egregious double standards and over the top near pretorian guard craziness over that pretty obvious riot is completely apropos to point out and compare. Remember you often say ‘what about(ism)’ Trump whenever Joes train wreck is pointed out, so spare me your outrage.
